It should be easy, right? ...Just walk. The Walk was a game project, which myself and Will Cramb worked on together. The game puts you into the shoes of a girl walking home alone at night, with ominous strangers scattering your journey. Their presence is unsettling, and their intentions unknown. We wanted to create this game to put the experience of women and minorities into perspective, and support victims of night crime.
During Semester 2 I have been trying to improve upon my digital painting skills, as I'm very knew to the medium. It has been a tough journey for me, but I have been slowly improving with every painting. I will continue to paint, and I hope to be able to keep looking back and see improvments.
For this project, my team had to create a 3D scene portraying a demonic presence within a building in Winchester. The scene was based on a fictional story written by the English department. I came up with some concept ideas and sketches, as well as made the 3D models seen in the image here. The room and rendering in this image was also done by myself.
